How You Could Get Involved

The PTA, 'Friends of Longford Park' needs the support of parents to ensure it is able to continue to enrich the lives of children. If you are interested in being an active part of the team then please do let us know by emailing us at info@longfordparkschool.org. You are more than welcome to join in and it's a great way to get to know other families at school
We run a range of fabulous FUNdraising events all year round, including Bake Sales, Funky Hair Days, Crazy Shoe Days, Halloween Disco, Christmas and Summer Fayres, Valentine Party, Easter Egg Hunt and Family Bingo Nights - so much to enjoy and get involved with!

What is the Parent Forum?
The Parent Forum is a partnership between parents / carers and the school. It is a valuable way for our community to share ideas, ask questions and make suggestions directly to school leaders.
The aims of the Parent Forum is to:
- Work together to ensure every child at Longford Park has access to the best educational experiences;
- Share information, knowledge and skills from within our wider community;
- Create and maintain a mutually supportive environment for all Longford Park families;
- Collaborate to continually review and improve communications between parent/carers and staff/governors
There is typically one or two Parent Forum Representatives from each year group and meetings are held each term with the Headteacher to discuss school operations, share ideas and drive forward parental engagement. If you would like to be part of the Parent Forum at Longford Park, please contact the school office on info@longfordparkschool.org or speak to your current class rep.
