'The Longford Way'

At Longford Park, we believe that a strong sense of character and community is the foundation for success. That’s why we have created The Longford Way - a simple and clear framework to help children understand and remember the positive attitudes and behaviours that bring our four school values to life.  

You will hear about The Longford Way in our everyday interactions with children and these posters are displayed around our school (with a simplified version for Early Years and Key Stage one classes) to provide children with prompts on how we demonstrate our commitment to Respect, Integrity, Kindness and Inclusion in our everyday conduct.  

By making these expectations explicit, we empower our pupils to make thoughtful choices, build healthy relationships, and thrive both in learning and in life.
